The Kentucky SHRM Council is comprised of approximately 40 HR Volunteer Leaders dedicated to advancing and serving the HR profession in the Commonwealth of Kentucky.

Our mission is to promote the advancement of HR by supporting chapters, energizing and engaging members, and collaborating as a State Advocate with external partners. Our volunteers give of their time, energy, and expertise to advocate key HR initiatives advancing the HR profession and impacting the bottom line of Kentucky employers.

How can we work together to Elevate HR?

Adapt to the Changing Demands of HR.

To meet our leaders where they are we will strive to elevate the windows of work, workers, and workplaces.

Increase and deepen HR Connection across our Commonwealth.

Through a focus on communication, collaboration, and shared vision we will drive workplace initiatives that focus on mental health, inclusion/diversity/equity.

Lead and support meaningful initiatives that advance HR and HR Professionals.

We will leverage our internal and exteranal relationships to support work that impacts talent creation and attraction.
