For 19 years KYSHRM has been recognizing the some of the best and brightest servant leaders in our state through the Lyle Hanna Spirit Award. Lyle Hanna is a cornerstone in the Kentucky HR community with deep community ties and a spirit of volunteerism and service. His resume and experiences have given him the opportunity to work with several hundred businesses and volunteer organizations.
